Welcome to Correct Phitness. Correct Phitness is a different take on nutrition, fitness, and competition preparation. The most important principal of Correct Phitness is the ability to embrace the GRIND. The grind is the relentless struggle it takes to achieve what you truly want, not just in fitness but also in life. If you can’t embrace such a principal I can tell you now, Correct Phitness is not for you.

Correct Phitness was born out of frustration. Frustration that was created after seeing so many people not achieving the goals they wanted. Frustrations with watching nutritionist provide clients with cookie cutter diets. Frustration with watching trainers have clients jog on a treadmill for 30 min then providing 30 min of instruction but then charging for an hour of work. So, instead of being frustrated the decision was made to take action.
