Correct Phitness was born out of frustration. Frustration that was created after seeing so many people not achieving the goals they wanted. Frustrations with watching nutritionist provide clients with cookie cutter diets. Frustration with watching trainers have clients jog on a treadmill for 30 min then providing 30 min of instruction but then charging for an hour of work. So, instead of being frustrated the decision was made to take action.
